With our concrete systems for Slab Foundations, the load is automatically compensated and is used positively to properly drive the length of the pile necessary for its support. The piles test the soils as it’s driven and applied load determines the length of the pilings. The strength of the concrete used for the pile sections is verified during installation. Precasting and curing eliminates lost time on the job and results in better control of concrete strength.

Steel

Our Steel system was designed to be the strongest foundation pier in the industry by combining steel and high strength concrete. Comprised of high-strength concrete that is pre-cast in a steel sleeve which provides superior shear strength and compressive resistance, It is installed centrally beneath the footing rather than outside of the footing, thus transferring the structural load directly on top of the pier. The steel system will achieve the greatest depth while installed in a position to provide the greatest support.
